Refund policy

Bow Tie Pets takes a lot of care to ensure your products are of the highest quality and standard. If, however there is an issue with your product please contact us as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to rectify it. 

 As per consumer legislation, customers are entitled to redress if the product is faulty, misrepresented or not fit for purpose. Bow Tie Pets reserves the right to decide about change of mind purchases on an individual basis.

Please contact Bow Tie Pets asap if there is a problem with your purchase.

For personalised products you would have been through a proofing process and approved a proof. This process ensures that your order is exactly as you intend. No personalised orders will be commenced until payment is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
