First a little history. The Nepalese people developed a way to preserve cheese for times when their yaks were not producing milk. They fermented the milk, separated it, cut it, baked it, smoked it etc they called it Churpi. Then as with many table scrap fed dogs, they noticed that not only did the dogs of the village love Churpi, it lasted a long long long time and the dogs were looking healthy and happy.
Thus, was born, Himalayan Yak Chews.
The chews we stock are made in Europe using the same process as the Nepalese do. Currently, nobody is making them in Australia.
